Happy Birthday Grandmaster Hee Il Cho

October 13, 1940: Grandmaster Cho was born. October 13, 2012, we celebrate 72 years. It's not your typical birthday party for a 72 year old... The celebrations start the night before, after he has taught two classes. Following the second (adult's) class, the students gather around the piled up training mats to sing "Happy Birthday" while he blows out the candles and everyone eats fruit and cake.

| The following morning, less than 12 hours later, he returns to the school to teach another class, this one to nearly 50 children, all of whom are motivated by his loud and energetic commands which continuously inspire them to do their best. |  |

| And, if teaching three classes within twelve hours were not enough, Grandmaster Cho follows the class up with a belt testing event for Panthers, ages 3-5 years old. |  |

| Your average way to celebrate turning 72? It's no wonder Grandmaster Hee Il Cho was named Black Belt Magazine's 2012 "Man of the Year!" |  |
