In riding stance

In fighting stance:

16. Skip in, Step forward reverse punch; Skip back, Step back reverse punch

Arrangement sparing with protective equipment:
Self-defense Techniques against:
One hand hold same side; opposite hand hold and shoulder grab

Forms:
ITF: Do San
WTF: Tae Geuk 3-Sam Jang- Ri
Each form performed three times: instruction with student following, slow speed and normal speed by Grandmaster Cho.
