Types of Stretching

Basic Techniques:

1. Forward stance circular punch and uneven punch
2. L-stance palm upward block, palm downward block and reverse punch
3. 360 back spinning step to L-stance two arm block, reverse inner hammer block, reverse back fist and reverse punch

Fighting Techniques:
4. Front jab, back straight , knee attack and elbow attack, (and upper cut)
5. Skip in front hand ridge hand round house kick and 90 degree avoiding
6. Twisting kick, front hand punch, ridge hand and round house kick
7. Pushing kick, axe kick and back spinning kick (reverse punch)
8. 90 degree exchange leg avoiding, jumping in side kick
9. 90 degree avoiding front snap kick jumping front snap kick
10. Jumping back leg axe kick and back turning kick, reverse punch
11. Scissors legs 360-degree jumping back spinning kick
12. Step in jumping back spinning crescent kick
13. Back leg crescent kick and jump back turning kick
14. Jumping side kick and back turning kick

Arrangement Sparring:

15. Open fighting position

Offense: Jumping back leg axe kick

Defense: 90-degree exchange leg avoiding, jumping in side kick

16. Close fighting position

Offense: Pushing kick, axe kick and back spinning kick (reverse punch)

Defense: skip back, skip back, duck, overhead cross back turning kick

17. Close Fighting position

Offense: Twisting kick, front hand punch, ridge hand and round house kick

Defense: Step back, step back, lateral avoiding, ridge, ridge-hand/hook and overhead cross/straight punch
18. Close fighting position

Offense: Skipping in front jab, 90 degree avoiding front hand ridge hand round house kick and 90-degree avoiding

Defense: Skip back, front leg round house kick and 90 degree avoiding
